A transformative day of inner peace and creativity.
Our workshop offers a unique blend of meditation, flower arranging, and drawing, designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Spend the morning grounding yourself with guided meditation amidst the tranquil surroundings of nature. Followed by a floral hand tied workshop. Using your floral creation or the landscape as inspiration for a guided drawing session.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, you'll enjoy exploring your creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Lunch will be a spread of seasonal locally sourced ingredients. With opportunity to connect to others, followed by a session of deep relaxation.

During this workshop you will learn the history behind early photographic methods and create a series of images to take home.
Using pressed and fresh flowers and foliage you will create delicate imprints of the natural world.

Flower Crown Workshops
Learn how to create your own flower crown whilst sharing the experience with friends perfect for Hen Parties, Bridal Showers and Birthdays. The cart can come brimming with blooms or a display can be created at your chosen venue.
Workshop package includes:
2 hours Tuition & Creating.
Use of fresh flowers or dried flowers.
Tailored to your styling preference or choose a theme for your flowers: Country Garden, Romance or Bold and Beautiful.
Workshops can take place at your venue or at the shop in Norwich.
