Terms and Conditions for Wedding Florist Services

Booking and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your wedding date and our services. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the wedding date. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 12 weeks before the wedding date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the wedding date may be subject to additional charges, depending on the work already completed. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 12 weeks of the wedding date.

Changes to Orders
Any changes to the order, including adjustments to floral selections, quantities, or designs, must be made no later than 3 weeks before the wedding date. Changes requested after this deadline may incur additional fees and cannot be guaranteed.

Substitutions
While we strive to provide the exact flowers requested, availability is subject to seasonal and market conditions. We reserve the right to make substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value if necessary. Any substitutions will be made to maintain the overall look and feel of the original design.

Delivery and Setup
We will coordinate the delivery and setup of your floral arrangements on the day of the wedding. Specific delivery times will be agreed upon in advance, and we will make every effort to adhere to them. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. A delivery and setup fee will be included in your final invoice.

Rental Items
Any vases, stands, or other items rented from us must be returned within 7 days after the wedding. Any damage or loss of rental items will incur a replacement fee.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring access to the venue at the agreed time. The client must notify us of any venue restrictions or requirements related to floral installations.

Liability
We are not liable for any damages or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic, or venue issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the flowers and services provided.

Photography
We reserve the right to take photographs of our floral designs and use them for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
